All seafood sourced by Southern Crest Seafoods is graded and prepared to stringent quality standards at its place of origin. Ensuring the fish arrives at your store in its freshest state, we follow a strict packing and refrigeration process. The fish is caught and chilled immediately, delivered to the processor in perfect condition and ready for the blast freeze processing technique. The product is then packed to the highest standard, each carton containing plastic liners fully interleaved with plastic sheeting.

Specifically, we specialise in the supply of New Zealand seafood, as such we honour the New Zealand Fishing Quota System (QMS). This system directly manages fish stocks to guarantee sustainable fishing of various fish species found in a number of distinct locations. This practice ensures quality seafood for generations to come.
